Server Log Files

Storage occurs on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for the secure and stable operation of the website. Log data is deleted after a maximum of 30 days.

SSL/TLS Encryption

This site uses SSL/TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the "https://" prefix in your browser's address bar and the lock symbol.

Cookies and Local Storage

By default, this website uses only technically necessary local storage entries required for operation (e.g. language preference, theme setting, consent state). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(2) TDDDG. Optional services that set cookies or transfer data to third parties (e.g. Google reCAPTCHA) are only loaded after your explicit consent via our cookie banner — legal basis Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TDDDG. You can adjust or withdraw your selection at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Contact and Career Forms

If you contact us via a form, the data you provide (name, email, message, and any additional information) will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of its collection, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Transfer to Third Countries

Some of the services used (e.g. Google reCAPTCHA, Vercel) are provided by companies based in the USA. Personal data may be transferred to the USA in this context.
